After paragraph 7 in the original Act, the following paragraph 7A. In addition, the following sections 37A, 37B. and 37c. Added:- “Paragraph-7A. Presentation of evidence “37a. Understanding oral evidence through audio-visual dialogue:- If the court deems it appropriate, oral evidence can be understood through audio-visual dialogue.
37b. Evidence to be presented :- The plaintiff in the complaint or plaint, the accused in his statement and the defendant in the reply letter or counterclaim should disclose all their witnesses, documents and physical evidence as far as available.
37c. The parties must present witnesses :- (1) On the day fixed by the court, the concerned parties must present their witnesses.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), there shall not be any hindrance to the presence of the defendants in a particular case at the time of filing of such case and the plaintiff or the defendant or both parties to present their own witnesses or experts in the court at the time of filing of the case. /p>
