to rule 12 of the original regulation

After sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the original regulation, the following sub-rule (3) has been added:-

“(3) According to sub-rule (1) up to one year Officials who do not give information that the position has been vacated and abolished will be punished by the authority as per clause (d) of section 60 of the Act. But in the case of unranked civil servants, this arrangement will be implemented only after the main work and auxiliary work positions are separated."
