Instead of rule 15 of the original regulation, the following rule 15 has been placed:- “15. Minimum qualification: According to sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Act, the minimum qualification required for the various posts in the groups and sub-groups of the civil service shall be as mentioned in the rules related to the respective service and group.
