Rule 17 of the Principal Regulations,-
(1) In clause (a) of sub-rule (1), instead of the words "general administration", the words "relating to service, group or sub-group" have been placed.
(2) After sub-rule (3) the following sub-rule (4) has been added:- “(4) In the letter of appointment given to the gazetted and unclassified employees as per sub-rule (1) recommended by the Public Service Commission for the purpose of sub-section (7) of section 18 of the Act The date of completion of the ten-year period in the zone should also be mentioned.”
