Rule 32 of the Principal Regulations,-
(1) In place of sub-rule (1), the words 'unclassified and non-gazetted fifth class' have been substituted for the word 'uncategorized'.
(2) In place of sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule (2) has been placed:- "(2) The transfer of unclassified and non-gazetted fifth class civil servants shall be done by the head of the office in case of subordinate offices and by the head of the department in case of other offices."
