Instead of rule 33 of the original regulation, the following rule 33 has been placed:-

“33. Level increase : After the commencement of this rule, section 24D2 of the Act. When increasing the level of unranked civil servants as per sub-section (3) of the same section, the level increase will be effective from the day after the completion of the service period. But section 18 of the Act. If there is a record of punishment according to this, the level should be increased so that it will be applied from the day after the expiry of the period."
