Rule 36A of the original regulation. Instead of the following rule 36A. It is kept:-

“36a. Facilities to be given in case of transfer before completion of period: -

(1) If any civil servant is transferred before completion of the period under sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Act, for the purpose of sub-section (8) of the same section, such employee shall be given a new An amount equal to one month's salary will be given to settle the place.

(2) The amount according to sub-rule (1) will be paid from the office of the former civil servant employed.

(3) When a civil servant is transferred before the period under sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Act, the issue of whether or not to receive funds for settling in a new place as per sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Act must be clearly mentioned in the transfer letter itself and when requesting funds as per this rule A copy of the transfer letter should also be submitted.”
