Rule 5 of the Principal Regulations,-
(1) The following clause (e) is added after clause (d) of sub-rule (1):- “(e) Section 7A of the Act. According to sub-section (3) of the post which is vacant, if the post is not vacant and the employee is recommended by the Public Service Commission."
(2) The words "(a), (c) and (e)" are substituted for the words "(a) and (c)" in the restrictive clause of sub-rule (2).
