Rule 53A of the original regulation. Who,

“(3) Civil servants must report to the relevant office within one month from the date of completion of study, training or study tour. (3) After sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule (5) has been added:- "(5) Name of such employee for record purposes, country of study, period of study or training and if the civil servant who went on study, training or study visit did not come to the office within the period specified in sub-rule (3) after the study, training or study visit and Two copies of the details of the opening of the subject should be prepared before the end of the Shravan of each year and one copy of the Act Section 40B. According to sub-section

(3), one copy shall be sent to the secretariat of the committee and the relevant body shall update the records. The responsibility of preparing and sending such details will be the responsibility of the head of the concerned agency.”
