to rule 60 of the original regulation

In the original regulation,- (1) instead of sub-rule (1) of rule 60, the following sub-rule (1) is inserted:-

“(3) The civil servant who takes leave according to sub-rule (1) shall submit the death registration certificate of the deceased person and the proof of relationship with the deceased person within fifteen days of appearing in the office after the leave.

(4) Sub-rule (3) ) of the civil servant who does not submit such certificate within the period mentioned above, the period of such leave shall be deducted from the other leave he is entitled to.”
