to rule 63 of the original regulation

After sub-rule (1) of rule 63 of the original regulation, the following sub-rule (1A) has been added:- “(1A) At the time of opening of bids according to sub-rule (1), any bidder or his authorized representative If there is no signature in the bid, the numbers are not clear, the letters are not correct in Kermet, the amount mentioned in the numbers and letters is found to be different or if there is any other remarkable thing in the bid, the same should be mentioned in the bond and signed by all those present.
