Sub-rule 64 of the original rules

After (1) the following sub-rules (1A) and (1B) are added:-< /p>

“(1A) Out of the leave requested under sub-rule (1), the following leave shall be approved or rejected within the following period:-

(A) Seven days in case of home leave and sick leave. Inside,
(b) within sixty days in case of extraordinary leave and study leave.
(1b) If the decision of approval or rejection of the leave is not given within the period as per sub-rule (1), then the leave shall be deemed to have been approved.”
