to rule 65 of the original regulation

Rule 65 of the original regulation,- (1) After clause (d) of sub-rule (1), the following clause (d1.) is added:- “ (D1.) Head or departmental head of office related to maternity care leave (2) After sub-rule (3) the following sub-rule (4) is added:- “(4) Any civil If the employee submits an application stating that the leave taken by the employee is not necessary for him, the officer who approves the leave may cancel such leave and make him appear."
