Rule 66 of the Principal Regulations,-
(1) In sub-rule (1), (2) and (3) the words "Fifty Lakh" have been replaced by the words "Ten Lakh".
(2) At the end of the sub-rule (4), the words "After the reduction is done, the points mentioned in the reduction should be mentioned in the table and signed by the representatives present".
(3) After sub-rule (4) the following sub-rules (5) and (6) have been added:- "(5) In accordance with this rule, the reduction can be done by secret or open speech.
(6) According to this rule, at least three eligible applicants must participate in the reduction.
