Rule 7
Rule 10A in the original regulation. Addition

After rule 10 of the original regulation, the following rule 10A. Added:- “10k. Records should be organized: (1) Details of appointment, transfer, posting, medical treatment and study leave, extraordinary leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave and unpaid leave of civil servants. The personal details of the relevant employees in the civil library should be updated.

(2) Salary allowance will not be paid without verifying the personal details (citroll) of the newly appointed employee and obtaining the reference number.

(3) ) When the amount of medical treatment is paid to a civil servant, the payment shall not be made without updating the records related to the payment amount in the civil library. If not, the record shall be organized by the next day and the relevant office shall be informed by the fastest means.

(5) The responsible officer who implements the decision without updating the record in accordance with this rule shall be punished by departmental punishment.”
