Rule 12
Rule 14A in the original regulation. Addition
After rule 14 of the original rule, the following rule 14A. Added:-
“14a. Special provisions regarding filling of posts: (1) According to sub-section (8) of section 7 of the Act, the Nepal Government shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette regarding which posts are unsuitable for which types of disabilities.
< p> (2) According to subsection (14) of section 7 of the Act, competition will be held among the women employees working in the permanent positions of the Women's Development Program. By conducting competition in this way, competition will be conducted only among employees working in the same position.(3) Persons who do not participate in the competitive examination as per sub-rule (2) or who fail to participate shall be retired from service.”
