After rule 62 of the original rules, the following rule 62A. Added:-

(1) Section 71A of the Act. An employee who requests unpaid leave must submit an application along with proof that his spouse is working in a Nepalese embassy or any mission abroad. will get up to five years.

(3) Leave according to this rule may be approved by the Government of Nepal.”
