After rule 63 of the original rules, the following rule 63A. Added :-

“63a. Provisions related to acknowledgment:Civil servants going on study, training or study tour should submit Schedule-12A. Accordingly, according to sub-rule (5) of Rule 61, the civil servants going on study leave shall submit Schedule-12B. Civil servants who go to work in national and international organizations by taking extraordinary leave must make a confession as per schedule-12c.
