(1) A licensee who manufactures and imports alcohol, beer, cigarettes, tobacco, khaini, gutkha, panmasala with or without nicotine and similar tobacco products shall publish the selling price to his distributors, wholesalers and retailers and set the maximum retail price for the products produced by him. The price should be marked.
(2) If the licensee according to sub-rule (1) needs to change the size and quality or produce a new brand, the prior approval of the department must be obtained and the remaining arrears of revenue must be paid before the production of the new brand.
