(1) The sale price of essential daily consumables supplied by public institutions or companies owned by the Government of Nepal shall be as specified by such public institutions or companies.
(2) The public institution or company shall pay more commission than that given to other commercial organizations for selling such goods to such cooperatives.
(3) The selling price of other consumables shall not be higher than the prevailing market price.
