According to Rule 3, the person, firm, company or organization participating in the competitive auction must state the price and amount of the bond they wish to purchase in the auction form. When mentioning the amount in that way, one hundred rupees should be mentioned up to four decimal places based on the nominal value.
(2) In accordance with rule 3, the person, firm, company or organization participating in the non-competitive auction must state the amount of the bond they wish to purchase in the auction form.
(3) When mentioning the amount according to sub-rule (1) or (2), the bidder must mention a minimum amount of twenty-five thousand rupees or the remainder of that amount in the bidding form.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), the minimum amount of one thousand rupees shall be mentioned in the written form in the case of the bond specified in accordance with sub-section (5) of clause (c) of section 2 of the Act.
(5) According to this rule, when mentioning the amount or value, it should be mentioned in both numbers and letters.
