Section 71
Evaluation committee should be constituted
(1) In order to test and evaluate pre-qualification proposals, bids, letters of intent for consulting services or proposals or sealed bids, the public body shall form an evaluation committee as prescribed.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the evaluation committee constituted as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
