Rule 52
Evaluation
(1) The Pattawala shall submit the annual report of Kabuliyati Forest to the Director within two months after the end of each financial year.
(2) The director or the officer appointed by him shall monitor whether the pattawala or his representative has acted in accordance with the action plan in the confessional forest at least once a year and submit the report to the ministry and the department.
(3) If it is found that the lessee has committed a prohibited act from the processing of the report as per sub-rule (1), the director may issue an order preventing the use or collection of the forest products of the recognized forest or performing any work according to the action plan until the investigation is done.
