(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if the relevant parties submit a joint application for conciliation in relation to any complaint pending before the Commission, the Commission may grant conciliation on matters that can be reconciled according to the prevailing law.
(2) After conciliation in accordance with sub-section (1) in relation to any complaint, no further appeal shall be made to the Commission for matters other than the matter in which the conciliation has not been implemented.
(3) Other arrangements related to reconciliation shall be as prescribed.
