(1) Every public body shall, according to the nature of the purchase, suppliers, builders, consultants for the purchase to be made in accordance with sub-section (6) of section 30, clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 41 and section 46 , a separate list should be prepared based on the qualifications of non-governmental organizations or service providers as per sub-section (2) of section 10.
(2) If any supplier, builder, consultant, non-governmental organization or service provider wants to be included in the list as per sub-section (1), they must submit an application to the relevant public body along with the prescribed documents.
(3) The responsibility of updating the existing list as per sub-section (1) shall be of the concerned public body.
(4) For the purpose of sub-section (3), the relevant supplier, builder, consultant, non-governmental organization or service provider shall submit an application to the relevant body every year to update the list.
(5) Other provisions related to the existing list shall be as prescribed.
