In cases mentioned in schedule-1 and 2 of the Act, by the relevant government attorney office, in cases where the government of Nepal is the plaintiff in the prevailing law, by the relevant department, office or government attorney office, and in other cases where the government of Nepal is a party or opposition. The relevant office, agency or official must set a deadline for filing an appeal, application, review or a request to repeat the case from the date of receipt.
