Rule 10
Issuance of term
(1) When the court issues a deadline according to this regulation, it will issue it in the format specified in the schedule.
(2) The defendant or any member of his single-family family who has reached the age of majority shall be served upon completion of the period to be issued in accordance with sub-rule (1). If the defendant or a family member who is of age cannot be found or if they refuse to accept the deadline, the same will be sent to the village development committee or the member of the relevant ward of the municipality or any two local people in Rohwar. In the same office and if there is no such office, it should be posted in any public place and after it is posted accordingly, it will be considered that the deadline has been duly fulfilled. However, if the defendant or his house is not located because the plaintiff has written the wrong address or the court has mentioned the wrong address, if the deadline is postponed according to this sub-rule, the deadline will not be considered to have been duly served.
(3) If the head of the establishment or organized organization or the person authorized by him is not found when paying the due date issued in the name of an establishment or organized organization, or if he refuses to accept it, the village development committee or the member of the respective ward of the municipality or two local persons shall notify the said establishment or After it is pasted on the door of the organization, the deadline is considered to be duly pasted.
(4) At the time of expiry of the deadline, the defendant or the person who has reached the age of majority according to sub-rule (2) or the head of the establishment or organized organization according to sub-rule (3) has reached the deadline, in accordance with clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 7 One copy of the received complaint and a copy of the written evidence must also be submitted to the person who has accepted the deadline. Otherwise, the defendant will have to give a statement when he appears in court.
(5) The employee who is going to meet the deadline issued according to this rule should complete the deadline within two days, except for the due date, and if he is found to be late in meeting the deadline without any reasonable reason, he can be punished according to the prevailing law.
