(1)          In any case in which action has been taken according to this Act, the expiry date or date may not be suspended.

But –

( A) If the court finds that the deadline or date has passed due to circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the deadline can be stayed once or twice for a total of fifteen days. (B) Section of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 225 and Section 226 and Section 190 of the Civil Criminal Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 shall be in accordance with the same.

(2)         When a summons or summons is issued in the name of the defendant, a period of seven days will be given excluding the period of the bond.< /p>
