Rule 22
Time limit and date
(1) In the petition or case to be considered by the bench, a time limit of seven days will be given in the name of the opponent, excluding the time limit for the letter.
(2) The time limit as per sub-rule (1) and the date specified in the case to be considered by the bench cannot be delayed. But,
(a) If due to uncontrollable circumstances, the deadline or date has passed, the deadline or date may be suspended for a maximum of fifteen days once. b) Even if the petition filed in accordance with sub-section (1) of Article 133 of the Constitution, even if the petitioner has passed the date, it will not hinder the decision of the constitutional question raised in the petition.
