(1) According to the Civil Service Act, 2049, the departmental punishment officer shall not be disqualified for future government service or retired from service within thirty-five days from the date of hearing the departmental punishment order or receiving the notification thereof. The concerned person can appeal to the court. However, if the deadline has passed due to circumstances beyond the control of the concerned party, the deadline may be extended for a maximum of thirty days. If the date is set in such a way, even if the date is broken in between, the appeal process or decision will not be adversely affected due to the broken date. After the end of the appeal, the appellant who is not present on the date should be notified of the decision.
