Section 491
Item to be returned as is

(1) Any person who pays or does not pay rent for a particular work or takes a loan or loan on any condition, owns the same type, quantity and quality of the same type, quantity and quality of the thing that he has taken after the completion of such work. Or it has to be returned to the occupier.
(2) If the item taken in accordance with sub-section (1) is lost, destroyed, broken, damaged or damaged in any other way, except as otherwise stated in the document, the person who took the item shall arrange for another item of the same type and return it to the owner or occupier, and if such item is not available, such item shall be returned. An amount equal to the prevailing market value will have to be paid to the owner or occupier.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2) regarding the payment of the goods, rent or amount for such goods, unless otherwise stated in the document, such goods or rent shall be paid to the owner or occupier within fifteen days of the completion of the work for which the goods were taken.
(4) If the person taking the item does not deliver the item or the amount to the owner or occupier within the time limit as per sub-section (3), the person aggrieved by the same may recover the amount of such item and reasonable compensation for the loss caused to him.
