Section 3
Purchase according to this Act
(1) When public body makes a purchase, it must complete the procedure according to this Act.
(1a) When purchasing using government funds of an organization registered in accordance with prevailing laws, the procedure as per this Act shall be completed to that extent.
(2) Purchases made contrary to sub-sections (1) and (1A) shall be null and void.
