Rule 59
Remuneration, service conditions and facilities of employees working in transport services
: The provisions related to the remuneration, service conditions and facilities of employees working in transport services who are registered in accordance with section 93 and rule 44 of the Act shall be in accordance with the Labor Act, 2048 and Labor Regulations, 2050.
