(1) The format of the passenger list to be prepared by the manager or vehicle owner of the long and medium distance registered transport service as per section 100 of the Act shall be as per schedule-58.
(2) In the passenger list to be prepared in accordance with sub-rule (1), at the time of departure of the vehicle, the names of the new passengers who board the vehicle in addition to the passengers in the vehicle shall also be included, and a copy of such passenger list shall also be given to the police office and check post on the intermediate route.
