(1) The qualification published under rule 16 shall be valid for one academic session of the university or educational institution providing the scholarship.

(2) Anything in sub-rule (1) In the case of scholarship received from a foreign government, agency or educational institution, the merit order of the examination as per sub-rule (2) of Rule 14 shall be valid for one year from the date of publication of the result.

(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation The merit order prepared from the examination conducted by the Ministry of Education in the year 2071 will be valid for one year from the date of publication of the result.

However, the list of such merit order shall not be valid for more than one academic session of any educational institution.
