(1) The licensee shall be responsible for preventing any damage or theft of the place or the government property in the stadium given to a licensee to perform or to perform in accordance with that license.
(2) If he intentionally causes any such loss or embezzlement by himself or allows others to do so or if it happens due to his negligence, the licensee shall be compensated for such loss or embezzlement as per the recommendation of the Engineer Department of the Royal Nepalese Army.
