Rule 10
Amount to be returned
If the license obtained by the licensee is canceled according to section 13 of the Act, if it is proved that he has received service fee or any amount from someone to send workers for foreign employment before the cancellation, the amount received shall be returned to the concerned person within one month from the date of cancellation of the license.
