(1) To collect, produce or sell and distribute all or part of a particular item throughout the country or in a particular area in Nepal, or to collect, produce or sell or distribute all The Government of Nepal shall be able to arrange the contract in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act in order to grant the monopoly to work or to collect the duties determined by the Government of Nepal in relation to any work. No one shall do or cause any work to adversely affect the rights or facilities received by the contractor from the contract.

(3) No one other than the Government of Nepal shall cause any amount of contract settlement.
