(1) When settling a contract in accordance with section 3 of the Act, the contract settlement station, office or officer shall collect all the details related to the contract generally 7 months before the date of commencement of the contract. It should be sent to the concerned department.

(2) When the tender is called, if the postage is increased or decreased and sent to the concerned department for clearance, the final date for clearance should be sent in writing considering the time it will take.
