If someone does something in violation of sub-section (2) or (3) of section 3, he shall be penalized according to the same if there is a specific provision of punishment in other prevailing Nepalese laws and if there is no such provision, he shall be punished accordingly. If the defect is recovered, he will be fined according to the defect and if there is no defect, he will be fined up to five hundred rupees.
