of economic rights of composition (1) The author shall be the first possessor of the economic rights of the composition.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), in the following cases the economic rights of the composition shall be vested in the following persons or institutions:-
(a) Ownership in case of joint works, but if such joint work is divided into sections and the separate sections are identifiable by different authors and can be used in different ways, the corresponding author will have the economic right for each section composed by you. br> (b) If a joint composition has been prepared under the initiative or direction of any person or organization under whose initiative or direction such composition has been prepared, the person or organization preparing the composition,
(c) If someone has paid a fee to prepare a composition, the person or organization paying such fee,
(d) In the case of an anonymous composition, the publisher of the composition until it is proved that the author is the author of the composition, but if the real author of such composition presents his identity later, the economic rights of the composition shall belong to the same author from the date of presentation of his identity.
(e) In the case of an audio-visual composition, except as otherwise stated in the contract, the producer of such a composition, but the composition of the owner of the audio-visual composition or the previously prepared composition is included or combined in the creation of the audiovisual composition, their financial rights shall be according to their contribution.
