(1) To perform the work of the registrar in accordance with this Act, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and designate at least a gazetted officer of the second class to perform the work of the registrar.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:
(a) Supervise and control the Royalty Collection Organisation,
(b) If any party is not satisfied with the royalty determined by the royalty collection organization, to hear the complaint as prescribed,
(c) To carry out or cause other actions as prescribed for the fulfillment of the purpose of this Act.
