Rule 16
Duties and Duties of the Registrar
The duties and duties of the Registrar shall be as follows:- (a) To register the institution or association after making necessary inquiries on the application for registration of the institution or association and to issue the certificate of registration. .

(B) To approve the regulations made by the organization or association under the rule of law and regulations.
(c) conducting the election of the management committee of the organization or association.
(d) Amalgamation or division of the organization or association.
(e) To inspect the organization or association from time to time.
(f) Coordinating the administration of the organization or association in order to promote the work related to it and conducting the audit of the organization or association.
