Rule 6
Duties, Duties and Powers of Registrar

(1) In addition to the duties, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) To register any case within the jurisdiction of the court and documents related thereto,
(b) To summon and submit documents related to the cases registered in accordance with clause (a),
(c) Issuing notice deadline according to the order of the bench and if it is found that the notice has been duly served, cancel it and re-submit it properly,
(D) To do the work according to the decision or order made by the court,
(e) Supervising and controlling the personnel and administrative arrangements assigned to the bench.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the document of a case brought to be registered in the court is not submitted in accordance with the law or the reasons or grounds that should be disclosed according to the law are not disclosed or are not clear, the registrar may file such document.
(3) A complaint may be filed within fifteen days against the order made by the Registrar in connection with the proceedings of the case and such complaint should be presented before the bench.
