Rule 38
Functions, Duties and Powers of the Registrar
The functions, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) To examine and register the indictment, appeal and petitions related to the case which are required to be registered according to the law and if they cannot be registered, to open the reason why,
(b) fixing the hearing of the case,
(c) To examine the documents of evidence adduced in the case,
(d) Issuing summons, deadlines or notices to the parties and witnesses of the case and verifying whether the notices or deadlines that have been served are duly served, canceling them and re-submitting them properly,
(e) Considering the workload of the military special court, ordering the date of the case (f) To set up a list book and cause to mention the things to be mentioned in it,
(g) Check whether the missile documents certified by the initial military court are attached to the missile and if not attached, attach it from the relevant military court,
(h) Collecting or causing to be collected a bond, surety or other fee that can be collected according to law (h) To send to the Supreme Court the memorandum and evidence documents of the case appealed to the Supreme Court,
(j) To inspect any missile or document in the branch,
(k) giving copies of documents,
(l) Expeditious execution of the order passed by the Military Special Court and cause to be done,
(d) Deploying a Prad Officer to act as a Bench Officer if necessary,
(d) To cause the records of the Military Special Court to be kept in good order,
(n) If there is no appeal to the Supreme Court or after the deadline for filing an appeal has expired, audit the relevant agency to implement the decision made by the Military Special Court.
