(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint the registrar of the cooperative department to act as registrar and the rank of the civil service shall also be disclosed when such appointment is made.

(2) Sub-rule The remuneration of the registrar to be appointed as per (1) shall be the same as that received by civil service employees of the same category of the Government of Nepal.
