(1) If the returned check cannot be paid without finding the payee, if the check cannot be returned without finding the sender, such check shall be considered as a canceled check.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the payee And if the amount of the check considered canceled without finding the sender, even within one year from the date of sending the check, if the recipient or the sender does not claim payment, the amount of such check will be filed in the Public Accounts Fund.
