The Commission may seek the opinion of the Attorney General's Office or the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs or other experts if it deems it appropriate to take an opinion before deciding on any constitutional or election-related legal question.
(2) In relation to its work duties, the commission may contact, consult or take opinions with any constitutional body or any ministry, department, office, provincial government, local level, political party or any other body or institution of the Government of Nepal.
