Rule 16
Sending reports for comments and feedback
(1) After the completion of all investigations related to the accident, the Commission shall prepare a report and send it to the following states for opinion and response:-
(a) State of Registration,
(b) State of Operator,
(c) State of design,
(d) State of Manufacturer,
(e) States participating in accident investigations.
(2) If there is any opinion and reaction on the report sent as per sub-rule (1), the concerned state shall send it to the Commission within thirty days of receiving such report.
