Section 36
<br> as may be prescribed by the National Bank
When granting a license to conduct banking and financial transactions in accordance with section 34, the National Bank may prescribe necessary conditions taking into account the existing condition of the bank or financial institution, the healthy operation of financial transactions and the interests of the depositors. It shall be the duty of the concerned bank or financial institution to comply with such conditions. (2) The National Bank may add, reduce or modify the conditions specified in accordance with sub-section (1) from time to time as required.
